1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Items damaged due to improper use.
- Clearance or sale items.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at zambeelpk80@gmail.com with your order number and photos/video evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Our customer service team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
5. CJ Dropshipping Orders
Since some of our products are shipped directly from CJ Dropshipping suppliers, the return address may be located outside the USA.
- Return shipping times and costs may vary depending on the supplier’s location.
- Some items may be eligible for a partial refund without return (if approved by our supplier).
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we may have already processed your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
